For collectors who want their sports memorabilia collection organized, not scattered across spreadsheets and photos.

The Problem

Collectors Deserve Better Tools

Spreadsheets Are Chaos

Tracking items across notebooks and spreadsheets leads to lost data, outdated values, and no clear picture of what you actually own.

No Reliable Value Visibility

You know your collection is valuable, but purchase prices and value estimates end up scattered across notes, memory, and old spreadsheets instead of living with the item.

Scattered Across Sports and Apps

Jerseys in one app, autographs on paper, cards in another. Nothing lives in one place, so nothing adds up to a real picture of what you own.

No Way to Showcase What You've Built

You've spent years building a collection worth showing off, but there's nowhere to display it, share it, or document it for insurance.

Features

What's Inside Relic Roster

How It Works

Three Steps. No Spreadsheet Required.

The Relic Roster Add Item screen on a phone, with a photo area, an Identify & Auto-Fill with AI button, item detail fields, and a Save Item button
01

Add Your Items

Photograph an item and let AI fill in what it can, import a spreadsheet, or type it in yourself.

02

Fill In the Record

Add purchase details, authentication, photos, and the estimated value you want to track. Everything stays with the item.

03

Keep It or Pass It On

Track values over time, build an insurance report, showcase a few pieces publicly, or transfer an item to its next owner.

Built by a Collector

Built for the way collectors actually collect.

I've collected sports memorabilia for more than 30 years. Over time, I ended up with photos in one place, authentication paperwork somewhere else, and spreadsheets that never stayed current.

Relic Roster started because I wanted one place to organize the collection, document what matters, and keep the story behind every piece.

FAQ

Common Questions

Relic Roster supports all major sports collectibles: signed jerseys, autographed photos, helmets, bats, pucks, balls, hockey sticks, tickets, programs, trading cards (baseball, hockey, football, basketball, soccer), and other collectibles. If it's a collectible, you can catalog it.

Take or upload a photo of an item or sports card, or add several photos for a better read. When you tap scan, Relic Roster's AI suggests the player, team, year, and condition and fills in what it can. You review everything and adjust it before saving.

Yes. Relic Roster runs right in your browser, so it works on your phone, tablet, or computer without downloading anything from an app store.

Yes. The AI scanner recognizes graded sports cards inside PSA, BGS (Beckett), SGC, and other grading company slabs, capturing the card identity and grade information.

Relic Roster doesn't set a value for you. You record what you paid for an item and maintain an estimated value for it, based on your own research, an appraisal, or whatever you consider a fair number. Your collection total is the sum of what you've entered, and you can update it any time.

Yes. You can import your collection via CSV, making it easy to migrate from spreadsheets or other tracking tools without starting from scratch. Import your full collection and be up and running in minutes.

The free plan includes up to 10 collection items, 5 AI scans per month, manual item entry, basic collection tracking, and CSV import/export. No credit card required.

Pro ($9.99/month) supports up to 100 items and 100 AI scans per month, with a portfolio dashboard and insurance-ready export reports. Elite ($19.99/month) gives you unlimited items, unlimited AI scans (fair use), and advanced collection reporting.

Yes. The Pro and Elite plans generate export reports that document your entire collection with photos, item descriptions, condition grades, and the values you've recorded, an organized record you can share with your insurer or broker when arranging coverage. Insurance requirements vary by provider.

Relic Roster supports all major sports including baseball, hockey, football, basketball, soccer, golf, boxing, UFC/MMA, tennis, and more, for both memorabilia and cards.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and your collection is private by default. If you build a public Showcase, you choose which items and details appear on it; everything else stays private.

Every item you add automatically gets a unique Relic Roster ID (RR ID). It stays with the collectible and holds its record together over time. If you sell or gift an item to another Relic Roster collector, you can transfer it and its RR ID to them, and the ownership history carries over.

The AI scanner is trained on cards from all major manufacturers including Topps, Panini, Upper Deck, Bowman, Leaf, Donruss, O-Pee-Chee, Fleer, Score, and hundreds of specialty sets and parallels.
