The free plan includes up to 10 collection items, 5 AI scans per month, manual item entry, basic collection tracking, purchase price and estimated value fields, and basic CSV import/export. No credit card required.
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Fair use means the Elite plan's unlimited scans are for personal collection management: scanning your own collection at a normal pace. There are no practical limits for everyday collectors. Fair use only applies to automated bulk processing or commercial use, which is rare.
Insurance-ready exports are PDF reports that include photos, item descriptions, condition grades, and the purchase price and estimated value you've recorded for your entire collection, organized so you can share them with an insurance broker or provider when arranging coverage. Insurance requirements vary by provider.
Your data is never deleted for downgrading. If you have more items than your new plan allows, your existing items remain accessible; you just won't be able to add new items until you're within the plan limit.
No formal free trial, but the Free plan lets you use core features (AI scanning, collection management, purchase price and estimated value tracking) before you decide to upgrade. Pro and Elite can be cancelled anytime with no fees.
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings with no cancellation fees. Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period.
Annual plans are on the roadmap. Currently, Relic Roster offers monthly billing for all plans with the ability to cancel anytime.
