Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Fair use means the Elite plan's unlimited scans are for personal collection management — scanning your own collection at a normal pace. There are no practical limits for everyday collectors. Fair use only applies to automated bulk processing or commercial use, which is rare.
Insurance-ready exports are PDF reports that include photos, item descriptions, condition grades, and current market values for your entire collection — formatted for submission to an insurance broker or provider to properly cover your collection.
Your data is always safe. If you downgrade and have more items than your new plan allows, your existing items remain accessible — you just won't be able to add new items until you're within the plan limit.
