By accessing or using Relic Roster ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Relic Roster provides a sports card and memorabilia collection management platform that allows collectors to catalogue items, track value, generate reports, and share their collections. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the AI scanner for automated or bulk processing beyond reasonable personal use
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Relic Roster offers free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
• Plan limits (item counts, AI scan limits) are enforced as described on the Pricing page

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the collection data, photos, and other content you add to Relic Roster. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your collection data.

7. Market Value Data

Market value and pricing data provided by Relic Roster is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of pricing data, and it should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial decisions. Market values are derived from third-party sources and may not reflect current transaction prices.

8. AI Scanner

The AI scanner feature is provided on an "as is" basis. Recognition accuracy may vary by item type, image quality, and other factors. Results should be reviewed and confirmed by the user. The AI scanner is intended for personal collection management use only. Automated, bulk, or commercial use may result in service restrictions.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relic Roster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Relic Roster operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
