    Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your paid Relic Roster subscription from the Plan & Billing section in Settings.

    How to cancel your subscription

    01

Log in to your Relic Roster account.

    02

    Go to Settings.

    03

    Select Plan & Billing.

    04

    Click Manage Billing.

    05

In the billing portal, select Cancel subscription.

    06

Follow the confirmation steps to complete the cancellation.

    Where cancellation happens

Subscription cancellation is managed through the secure billing portal.

From the billing portal, you can view your current subscription, billing amount, next billing date, payment method, and cancellation options.

What you may see in the billing portal

The billing portal may show details such as:

    • Your current subscription
    • Your monthly price
    • Your next billing date
    • Your estimated next payment
    • Your payment method
    • A Cancel subscription button

    What happens after you cancel

After cancelling, your subscription will typically remain active until the end of the current billing period.

For example, if your plan renews on June 24, 2026, cancellation would usually stop the subscription from renewing on that date while keeping access active until then.

    Before cancelling

Before cancelling, consider exporting your collection data for your records.

    To export your collection:

    01

    Go to Settings.

    02

    Select Export.

    03

Download a copy of your collection.

This gives you a backup for personal records, insurance reporting, or future reference.

    Need help before cancelling?

If you are cancelling because something is not working as expected, you can also submit feedback through Settings → Collector Feedback.

Your feedback helps improve Relic Roster for collectors.
