Manually Correcting Scan Results
AI Scanner results are editable before you save an item to your collection. This allows you to keep your collection accurate even when the scanner misses or misreads a detail.

How to correct scan results
After the AI Scanner generates results:

Confirm authentication, grading, and certification details.

Fields you may want to review carefully
Pay close attention to:

- –Grade
- –Grading company
- –Authentication company
- –Certification number
- –Autograph status
- –Estimated value
- –Notes
For memorabilia, you may also want to add details about provenance, purchase source, event history, or storage location.
Add context in the notes field
Use the notes field to capture extra details that may not fit elsewhere, such as:

- –Known signing event details

Save only after review
