    Deleting Your Account

You can delete your Relic Roster account from your account settings. Deleting your account is a permanent action and should only be done if you no longer want to use Relic Roster or keep your collection records in the platform.

    Before you delete your account

Before deleting your account, consider exporting your collection data. Your Relic Roster account may contain important records, including:

    • Collection items
    • Photos
    • Estimated values
    • Purchase prices
    • Date acquired
    • Storage locations
    • Authentication details
    • Grading information
    • Certification numbers
    • Provenance notes
    • Sharing records

Once your account is deleted, this information may no longer be recoverable.

    How to delete your account

    01

Log in to your Relic Roster account.

    02

    Go to Settings.

    03

Open the Account or Security section.

    04

    Select Delete Account.

    05

    Review the warning message carefully.

    06

Confirm that you want to delete your account.

    07

    Complete any required confirmation step.

Relic Roster may ask you to confirm your password or type a confirmation phrase before the account is deleted.

What happens when your account is deleted

    Deleting your account may remove:

    • Your account profile
    • Your collection records
    • Uploaded item images
    • Saved item details
    • Authentication and grading records
    • Collection history
    • Sharing links connected to your account

Some limited information may be retained only where required for legal, billing, security, or compliance reasons.

    Active subscription users

If you have a paid Relic Roster plan, cancel your subscription before deleting your account.

Deleting your account may not automatically cancel an active subscription through Stripe or another billing provider unless Relic Roster has specifically built that cancellation into the deletion flow. To avoid future charges, check your billing settings before deleting your account.

    Not ready to delete?

If you only want to stop using Relic Roster temporarily, you may want to:

    • Export your collection data
    • Cancel your paid subscription
    • Keep your free account active
    • Remove shared collection links
    • Update your profile information
